"When my wife and I decided to purchase a new home we were very hesitant to sign up with any agent. We however met with Larry and at first was doubtful in being in a better position to buying a home. I work as a sales person and thought that anyone can find and negotiate a new home. Boy was I wrong. Larry is very good at what he does. The experience of the industry, professionalism, insider info, combined with work ethic made him extremely valuable in our home search. We were not the easiest customers for sure but you could never tell from Larry. He must have had showed us 50 houses at all hours of the day, countless emails and phone calls until we found the home of our dreams. Larry was able to negotiate a price $20,000 lower that what I would have paid if doing the deal myself. I would trust my closest family and friend to Larry because I know he would not let them down.
