Knowing your Realtor

I successfully completed the Real Estate licensing course in 1988. Knowing the competitiveness of the industry, I continued to obtain knowledge by completing Principles of Appraisal, Principles of Mortgage Financing, Real Estate Law, Industrial, Commercial & Investment courses in 1990 and the Real Estate Management and Brokers courses in 1992.

With the positive changes within our industry concerning Buyer Representation and to better serve my client,  I obtained my ABR designation, ( Accredited Buyer Representative) in 2000.

Before opening my own Real Estate Brokerage in 2004, I worked for large franchise company's where I was an award recipient each year since 1989.

I operated my own company for 3 years and soon realized that the accounting and administrative duties took me away from what I love the most about my career, working directly with my clients.

Knowing the marketing advantages and the reputation of a company I once represented, Royal Lepage, I returned to the franchise structure to best serve my clients in 2008.

Fortunate enough to have obtained clients transferring in and out of the area, I gained exceptional relocation knowledge and experience.

My most important Credential,   " My Clients refer me to their friends"

When I am not selling Real Estate, I love spending time with my wife and three children, baseball games, school activities, camping and swimming seem to fill in the time slot very well.

For my personal enjoyment and relaxation, I love to Golf! Enjoying the beauty of different courses and spending time with my friends gives me the time to slow down, relax and appreciate life in general.
